Peggy S. Williamson, CHMM

Peggy Williamson is
a Managing Principal and President of Fulcrum .
Her administrative responsibilities include performance schedules, work quality, contract negotiations, and payment requests.
Peggy is
Fulcrum's lead scientist/project manager for hazardous material management audits, asbestos and lead
based paint project design and management, and employee
training. Peggy's project responsibilities include site-specific work plans, technical specifications, inventory and sampling protocol, abatement recommendations, and final reporting.
Travis L. Trent,
PG, CMC, CIEC
Managing Principal
Eastern Washington Regional Manager |

Travis Trent is manager of Fulcrum's
Spokane Office. He handles many of the daily
corporate management needs, including contract
management, performance schedules, and prime
contractor/government contracting. Travis provides project management and field expertise in a variety of environmental applications. These applications include subsurface and hydrological investigations, asbestos surveys, lead-based paint risk assessment/inspection,
indoor air monitoring, asbestos abatement contractor monitoring, and environmental site assessments.

K. Mathews, CMC, CIEC, CHMM
Managing Principal
Central Washington Regional Manager |

Ryan
Mathews is Fulcrum's Central Washington Region Field
Lead and has been with Fulcrum since 2001. He
travels throughout Central and Eastern Washington
and Oregon for projects. Ryan provides
project management and field expertise in a variety
of environmental applications, including asbestos
surveys, lead-based paint risk assessments/
inspections, indoor air quality investigations and
monitoring, subsurface investigations, and
environmental site
assessments.
Heather Campbell, M.S.
Financial Manager

Heather Campbell is Fulcrum's
Financial Manger and has overall responsibility for
the day to day corporate management, including
fiscal management, insurance, and contracting.
Heather has two Masters in Business Administration
and a Masters of Art in History. Heather is an
adjunct professor with Spokane Community College.
