Our expertise is built upon focused surveys that meet project specific objectives and balance the effects of cost and compliance. Survey scope may be driven by pending demolition or hazard management; facility-wide construction or renovation of small areas.
Every abatement design reflects the unique conditions of the project. We have designed and managed abatement projects ranging from pre-demolition removal in abandoned structures to abatement in facilities occupied full-time by highly mobile, high security occupants. We specify multi-phase abatement, various contractual/sub contractual arrangements with the owner, low profile off-hours abatement, strict time restraints under liquidated damages, and emergency response as needed to meet project demands.
No regulatory penalty has ever been assessed to Fulcrum or our clients on abatement projects under our management. We approach the contractor's work as an advocate for our clients. We provide appropriate oversight to assess adherence to specifications and regulations.
