Peggy Williamson, CHMM

Principal

Ms. Williamson is Fulcrum’s firm President and lead scientist/project manager for safety, EA and HBM inspections or audits. She manages the day-to-day aspects of Fulcrum’s corporate existence from her office in Yakima. Ms. Williamson has over 19-years of experience managing environmental projects. Ms. Williamson has provided lead technical support for a variety of projects including HBM abatement, site inspections, regulatory interface, and contractor oversight.

Ms. Williamson has conducted HBM surveys in excess of 20,000,000 square feet in educational, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and has provided project management and abatement oversight services in numerous facilities in the Inland Northwest. Ms. Williamson has also over 19 years experience completing Phase I, II and II ESAs and 3 years experience completing EAs. Her typical project responsibilities include project design, specification development, project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), site-specific safety work plans, technical review, data base management, sampling protocol, rendition recommendations, and review of project final reporting.

Ms Williamson is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). She received a Bachelor of Science from Washington State University. Ms. Williamson is an Authorized Trainer for OSHA 10 Hour and 30 Hour Construction Safety Classes, Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) accredited Project Designer, AHERA accredited Building Inspector, and AHERA accredited Management Planner. She has completed the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) 582 training for Phase Contrast Microscopy analysis for airborne fibers. Ms. Williamson maintains Washington and Oregon State certified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor, Washington State Registered UST Site Assessor and Decommissioner, OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training, and is formerly an Asbestos Abatement Worker/Supervisor.
