Fulcrum’s assessment, evaluation, and management methods are designed to provide sustainable ecologies while recognizing that development is likely to occur. Our approach is to find the balance between development and protection of the natural conditions we find. Fulcrum’s site environmental practice is designed to effectively and consistently answer these questions:

Fulcrum's scope of services in the site environment include: environmental planning, including wetlands evaluations, biological assessments, plant surveys, and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) documentation; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental assessments for assessments of potential impacts, including power transmission lines, federal property acquisition and transfers, federally-funded projects, etc.; and emergency response planning, including fire protection plans, one-call plans and implementation, Spill Prevention Containment and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans, and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act alternatively the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act Title III reporting.
